Extensive technical knowledge
We have a wide range of machines and technologies for any insulation purpose, suitable for small to large series and products. In our production process we can optimize and improve raw materials by combining them into customized solutions and systems. In our production, we are able to refine the insulation materials, e.g. provide the insulation materials with fabrics, glass fleece, aluminum foil, or process the insulation materials through vertical or horizontal cutting, punching, sealing and sanding, based on customer specific requirements. Due to our specific knowledge and specialism, we are able to almost always offer a customized solution.
Laminating lines with different finishing options
For laminating, ISOPARTNER Netherlands has an extensive laminating line. MED-certified products we can coat with webs, fabrics and aluminum foils. In addition, we can provide products with an adhesive layer and produce combination products consisting of several layers. To make non-fiber products self-adhesive, ISOPARTNER Netherlands has a second laminating line.
Punching and sawing
Series work can be shaped very efficiently by die-cutting. Starting from a relatively small series, this way of converting can already be interesting. Especially if no dimensional changes are needed in the product for a longer period, die-cutting is a good solution. Our specialists know exactly which materials are suitable for making die-cut parts.
ISOPARTNER Netherlands owns several sawing machines to saw or cut foams, mineral wool and other insulation materials to size. The advantages of our sawing machines are the very fast change-over times and the enormous flexibility in terms of different products which can be processed in succession. However, not every shape or material lends itself to sawing.

Always the right technique
We have a wide range of modern machinery: vertical cutting systems, horizontal sawing and cutting machines, CNC machines, waterjet cutting systems, etc. So we can always apply the best technology to achieve the best solution. Flexibility is very important to us and our customers.
Precise cutting and milling
For certain series sizes and special forms of custom parts, ISOPARTNER Netherlands has the possibility of cutting and milling products with computer control. Especially for small series, this technique is also a good alternative to punching.
Minimize assembly errors with pre-formed profiles
ISOPARTNER Netherlands has machines for manufacturing preformed profiles from insulation material. The advantage is that a preformed profile saves a lot of work during assembly and minimizes the risk of assembly errors.
Less dust, better protection: Sealing
In order not to release fibers or dust, ISOPARTNER Nederland can seal insulation materials. This technique can also be useful to protect an insulation material from environmental influences, such as moisture. In this way, the insulation material retains its optimum properties.
