ISOPARTNER Netherlands supplies products from the leading international manufacturers of marine insulation materials, supplemented by its own products. As the only total supplier in the Netherlands, we hold the MED module D certificate specifically for shipping.
Thermal insulation also often plays a major role in energy saving and efficiency of technical installations. We have a range available from -200°C (Cryogenic Area) to +1600°C (High Temperature).
The range consists of our own products and products from other well-known insulation manufacturers such as Rockwool, Paroc, Isover, Armacell, Kaimann and others. In addition, ISOPARTNER Netherlands also specialises in supplying customised products.
Low-temperature insulation solutions up to -200 degrees
For many years, ISOPARTNER Netherlands has offered a wide range of insulation materials for cold insulation in industrial plants and building technology. Our staff will also be happy to advise you on our various products suitable for low-temperature insulation.
High-temperature insulation solutions up to 1600°C
The classic insulation material for higher-temperature thermal insulation is stone wool or Ultimate. The melting point of the insulating fibres of these products is above 1,000 degrees Celsius. For insulation at even higher temperatures, we have various insulation materials made of ceramic fibres. ISOPARTNER Netherlands can supply not only standard products made of temperature-resistant materials, but also custom-made products. For more special applications or more complex applications, we cooperate intensively with our sister company Insulcon.
Customised thermal insulation solutions
Through good interaction with its customers, ISOPARTNER Netherlands is able to supply customised and specials for the most diverse applications. This can be done in many ways, but especially by adapting or developing products for a specific market or ensuring that a product is easy to apply. This makes ISOPARTNER Netherlands not just a supplier, but a total partner of its customers. We have extensive machinery, an efficiently operating production line where we can refine or process insulation materials. Cutting, punching, sealing, laminating, sanding, CNC cutting or milling, based on the customer's specific requirements we are always able to offer a perfect customised solution.
ISOPARTNER Netherlands has a range of its own products for the shipping industry. As the only total supplier in the Netherlands, we hold the MED certificate, module D, specifically for shipping.
Additional solutions for thermal insulation: Tracing
If the insulation around pipes or tanks is not sufficient to keep them frost-free or to achieve/maintain the desired production temperature, we may choose to use tracing. This involves placing heating around the pipe or tank. Tracing in combination with insulation is the most efficient solution. Here, we take into account, among other things, the dimensions of the pipes, the ambient temperatures, the desired temperatures.
