Fire resistant pipe shell Rockwool Conlit 150U
Rockwool Conlit 150U is a non-combustible resin-bonded, compression-resistant rock wool fire-resistant sheath for use in pipe penetration seals for combustible supply lines, non-combustible pipes and combustible gas lines. It is laminated with a color-coded, mesh-reinforced aluminum sandwich film.
The Rockwool Conlit 150U is cut open on one side and indented on the inside for easy unfolding and mounting on the pipe.
Scope: R30 to R120 pipe penetrations for combustible and non-combustible pipes in solid walls and ceilings and lightweight partition walls.
Rockwool TECLIT Hanger
Pipe hanger with high-density stone wool core for cold-bridge-free suspension of pipes in the TECLIT cold insulation system.
The ROCKWOOL pipe hanger TECLIT Hanger consists of a robust high-density rock wool core and an external fixing clamp. The stone wool core ensures a thermal bridge-free suspension with optimal load distribution. For a diffusion-tight connection to the pipe insulation, it is laminated with a highly robust fiberglass-reinforced aluminum foil and provided with a self-adhesive overlap strip.
The ROCKWOOL TECLIT Hanger is specifically designed for the attachment of cold pipes with the TECLIT system and minimizes heat input at the pipe supports of insulated pipes.
Rockwool ProRox PS 960
ProRox PS 960 is a form-fitting stone wool wrap made from concentrically wound stone wool. It is produced with an innovative water repellent binder called WR-Tech to reduce the risk of corrosion under the insulation. A mesh-reinforced aluminum lamination is available upon request.
The heavy-duty pipe sheath is cut open at one end and serrated on the opposite inner wall, allowing it to be easily unfolded for easier installation. It is particularly suitable for the thermal and acoustic insulation of industrial pipelines.
