Our production facilities and extensive machinery allow us to create customer-specific products and solutions from basic materials, optimally suited to our customers' product and process. Customization for anti-drumming
ISOPARTNER Netherlands can cut and supply die-cut parts for automotive, sinks, water basins, baths and other applications. We will be happy to discuss with you to see how we can best help you.
Customization of sound absorbing foams
Cutting, punching, sawing of sound absorbing molded parts for automotive, machine building, cranes, agricultural implements and cabins can be perfectly performed by ISOPARTNER. In addition, we also laminate aluminum foil, fabrics, fabrics, artificial leather and self-adhesive foams.
Customization for vibration damping
Vibration damping parts made of Sylomer Sylodyn, sylodamp and Absorbel Agglo can be cut, punched, laminated, self-adhesive if required by ISOPARTNER. For example, we make strips, pads and dimensional parts for construction projects and vibration-damping rings to protect electronics in switchboards. Customization with combination materials
Sometimes a combination of properties is needed or we can find a saving in assembly time together with our customer. Often lamination of different insulation materials on top of each other, such as mass matting and foam, de-greasing and foam or mass matting and mineral wool is a good solution for this. ISOPARTNER Netherlands can also help you with this.
Sealing
Mineral wool has many good properties, both thermal and acoustic. But mineral wool consists of fibers and are not always desirable in a process, environment or airflow. Then sealing them can be a good solution. Also if a vapor inhibiting property is necessary, sealing mineral wool on one of our sealing lines can help with this.
Room acoustic products
ISOPARTNER manufactures its own line of baffles, ceiling islands, absorbent panels and hygienic products. This allows us to provide customization in these products as well. For example, by cutting figures from our SonoSorber AC panels or supplying non-standard sizes in our hygienic panels.
