Outdoor unit: Insulation solutions inside
In many outdoor units of heat pumps, insufficient consideration has been given to noise reduction. There are certainly options for this, such as an acoustic compressor jacket, vibration dampers, etc. Thermal insulation can also be an important factor in increasing efficiency. Indoor unit: inside unit, also possible for combi units
Thermal insulation in the indoor unit improves efficiency and saves energy. There are often gaps between insulation parts, and sometimes unnecessary costs are incurred when installing insulation during heat pump production. ISOPARTNER can improve this by using PREFAB solutions. Elastomeric insulation is often used in the indoor unit, but PIR and phenolic foam, among others, are also used. Typical applications include insulating the heat exchanger, pipes, etc. Seals are also often used; for example, between insulation parts, to seal valves and lids properly or to prevent the resonance of plate parts.
Outdoor unit: enclosure
A number of heat pump manufacturers choose to provide an enclosure for or shield their outdoor unit. ISOPARTNER can help develop and supply these solutions. Sound absorbing and sound insulating products are used in a casing or shield. Seals are also used between the various parts of the enclosure.
