Flexibility and versatility characterize us as a company, and this is reflected in our range of technical foam products. For seals, packaging and filtration, we have our own product families, which are divided by shape: Flexiband®, Flexiroll®, Flexilam® and Flexiform®. The solutions we manufacture for you at ISOPARTNER Netherlands are custom parts, draft strips, reels, tapes of different widths and materials, small and large rolls, self-supporting sheets and accessories. All solutions can be supplied in a standard format, or in a self-adhesive version. Together we choose the adhesive that best suits the solution.

OUR FAMILIES
Flexiband®
Flexiband® includes all products supplied in the form of a draft strip, band or tape, with or without adhesive. They come in a variety of sizes and shapes and are manufactured from a range of materials.
Flexiroll®
Flexiroll® is the family of laminated products that come in rolls. This design allows large pieces to be applied at one time, avoiding unnecessary joints. It can come in large (jumbo) or smaller reels for easy use in locations with limited space.
Flexilam®
The Flexilam® family consists of products supplied as a square or rectangular sheet. Thanks to the most innovative technologies, they can be supplied in a very wide variety of thicknesses and dimensions. Thus, we always perfectly adapt this product to the customer's needs.
Flexiform®
Flexiform® includes all products partially or fully composed of die-cut, CNC-cut or waterjet-cut pieces. Depending on their nature or final application, they can be supplied individually packaged, in rolls and pre-cut with sticker (kiss cut) or in small packages.

Polyethylene foam

Polyvinyl chloride

- great resistance to chemical agents
- good fire resistance
- exceptional adaptation to surface irregularities
- tightness by applying compression between 30% and 70% of the volume
Textile fibers
- made of cotton, wool or synthetic materials
- technical properties can be improved by additives and/or treatments
- resistance to abrasion and fire
- good acoustic properties
Polyurethane
Polyurethane is generally an open-cell foam. It has a wide range of applications and transformation processes can improve or modify their technical characteristics.
Available types of the material:
- Ether base, great resistance to moisture and water
- Ester base, great resistance to oils and ultraviolet rays (UV)
Ceramic fibers
Ceramic fiber paper is made from high purity refractory (aluminum silicate) fibers and is specifically designed for high temperature insulation. Advanced manufacturing techniques ensure uniform fiber distribution, resulting in optimum control of thickness and density. With this material, we can supply a wide variety of Flexiband, Flexiroll and Flexilam.
Aerogel
Aerogel is a gel-like colloidal substance in which the liquid component is replaced by a gas, resulting in a highly porous solid with a very low density. It is considered the lightest solid material in the world, as more than 90% of its volume is empty space. It has exceptional thermal and acoustic properties.
For many years, we have worked with the world's leading manufacturers of aero blankets, enabling us to provide a wide range of customized products and components for very high or low temperature applications.
Melamineschuim
Melamine foam is an open-celled, flexible, flame-resistant lightweight material with good thermal and acoustic insulation. It retains these properties under a wide temperature range.
We supply these acoustic panels customized in thickness and shape under the name Flameguard (Industrial and Construction) and Flexitect® (Rail application). Melamine foam products are recommended for installation in any room where reverberation and noise reduction are needed, especially at mid and high frequencies. We source this raw material from our trusted partner BASF, under the Basotect® brand.
Wide range of adhesives
We have a wide range of adhesives to adapt to the application needs of our materials.
We have fixative, removable and repositionable adhesives . We offer a wide range of solvent- and water-based adhesives. We also have acrylic and rubber based adhesives.
