The air we breathe is full of all kinds of particles. The filtration of these particles, especially in industrial, surgical, sanitary environments is essential to prevent possible health problems or contamination of air streams. Fine particles are also often suspended in polluted water. ISOPARTNER Netherlands has focused on filtering air and water through reticulated foam. Reticulated foam also exists in a self-supporting version. This also allows the foam to be applied without a holder. We mainly offer solutions for industrial equipment.
Filter foam for industrial equipment
Particle contamination can be prevented by using high-quality filter materials. ISOPARTNER Netherlands makes solutions from polyurethane filter foam. This foam has uniform and open cell structure with cell size from PPI 10 to PPI 80. This makes the foam suitable for various filtration solutions. The black filter foam is mainly used in air filtration systems and the blue filter foam is used in water filtration systems. Applications of this foam lie for example in air conditioning systems, air curtains, vacuum cleaners, air filtration of cars and engines, extraction of machines, compressors, suction filters of pumps, industrial carbon filters and chemical filters.
